Responsibilities

• Logging and triaging support tickets
• Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics on applications
• Job scheduling and automation tasks
• Collaborating with both business and technical teams
• Working under high-pressure environments to ensure application stability and support

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL
• Linux experience in a live operational environment
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript)
• Networking
• Strong teamwork and self-starter attitude
